London's King's Cross St Pancras Underground station has been evacuated amid reports of an "emergency".

The central London stations, which together serve numerous Underground, national and international rail lines, descended into chaos this morning as commuters were told to leave.

Footage from the scene showed crowds of commuters leaving the station - and Transport for London is still yet to clarify why.
