Pensioners have voiced their frustration over the planned cuts to the Winter Fuel Payment in interviews with GB News.

"Some are struggling, which I think is wrong. I think we should all get it," one elderly resident said.

Another pensioner expressed their powerlessness over the situation, stating: "I don't see what I can do. Can't do anything about it, really. I feel annoyed."

"I just live on my pension and because I'm fit, I can't get any benefits," a third pensioner told the broadcaster.
