Former Post Office boss Paula Vennells breaks down in tears during the Horizon Post Office scandal inquiry, as she admits she is "very, very sorry" to those affected by the issue.

Vennells was overcome with emotion as she told the inquiry: "I fully accept now that the Post Office... excuse me.

"The Post Office knew that. I completely accepted. Personally, I didn't know that, and I am incredibly sorry."
