Kaleb Cooper has found himself at the centre of a rather fiery debate among the Clarkson's Farm fandom following the release of part one of season three.
In the first four episodes of the series, there have been plenty of talking points - from Gerald Cooper's heartbreaking cancer diagnosis to the sad fate of Pepper the Cow.
However, plenty of other airtime was given to the bickering between new farm manager Cooper and Diddly Squat owner and leading star Jeremy Clarkson.
The two found themselves at loggerheads throughout the third season, with Cooper taking exception to Clarkson hiring a regenerative farmer to drill one of his fields to also having some choice words about his boss's pig farming skills.
Their biggest row, however, came when they tried to repair a broken dam on the farm, with Cooper yelling "f***ing bulls***" at his boss time and time again while Clarkson dismissed his farm manager's complaints for being a "foetus".
While the pair's back-and-forths are undoubtedly part of the show's charm and what has made Clarkson's Farm one of Amazon's most successful shows, this time around some fans feel they've spotted a marked change in Cooper's demeanour.
So much so, some have taken to online message boards to criticise the young farmer, including one person on Reddit who put to the fandom: " Kaleb. I find his constant bantering/bickering/antagonizing a bit tiresome. Anyone else?"
Several replied in agreement, including one who savagely put: "He is trying too hard, for a long time now."
And the backlash continued over on X, formerly Twitter, with another critic arguing: "Kaleb comes across as a bit of a p***k in this series of #ClarksonsFarm."
"Kaleb is a bit of d***, yea? #ClarksonsFarm," a fourth argued before a fifth weighed in: "He works hard granted but I do think Kaleb is a 'know it all' and is never ever wrong and clearly can’t take instructions from his boss... it's about time he learnt that Jeremy has more life experience than him. #ClarksonsFarm."
However, while Cooper hasn't directly responded to any backlash, several Clarkson's Farm fans have been quick to point out that the show is edited as they jumped to defend Diddly Squat's new farm manager.
On Reddit, one fan hit back at the complaints: "Bear in mind the show dials things up to 11 to make it more entertaining. I wasn't bothered much by it, some of it felt forced others very genuine.
"I also kinda see his point. He's been doing this since he's been very young and is being told he's doing it wrong by someone with less experience."
A second similarly jumped to Cooper's defence: "Nope I don’t. I tend to remember that what we see filmed is often at the end of or during a period where they’re working hard, they’re tired and he’s dealing with someone who can have a bull in-a-china shop approach to things.
"Plus they’re filming some of it specifically for the p***ed off vibe so it’s going to be a bit forced at times."
While a third pointed out: "I think working with Jeremy would do that to anyone. Charlie and Lisa were also close to losing their s*** multiple times in the bits they filmed."

Cooper and Clarkson may be at each other's throats during the show but both have nothing but praise for one another and remain good friends off-screen.
However, Cooper did say about their squabbles prior to the season three premiere: "If I’m wrong with Jeremy, I’m not admitting that I’m wrong. Bugger that."
He added to the Times that viewers "probably only see about 30 percent of the arguments".
"The cameras stop, and then all of a sudden we’re still arguing. Even the camera crew now just walk off."
