Brits have responded to the news that The King will be returning to his royal duties.

In a new statement from Buckingham Palace, the King, 75, is confirmed to be returning to royal duties after being diagnosed with a form of cancer two months ago.

One person said: "It's great news. It was sad to hear about the cancer diagnosis and what with him and Catherine coming at the same time, so it's great that he's on the mend"

Another agreed: " He will be happy to be out and about again and everyone will be happy seeing that he's in good health."

A third added: "It's good news for him, I suppose, and it's quite favorable news for the nation."
